How do we collect personal data?
Users are informed that as a consequence of the use of certain functionalities of Gesconsult.com, it is necessary to provide certain personal data which will be incorporated into files for which GESCONSULT is responsible. Specifically, Gesconsult.com will register the following information:
Contact form data that the user interested in obtaining commercial information voluntarily provides to GESCONSULT, (name, surname, email and telephone).
Data from the Client Support form where the client can make a complaint or claim to GESCONSULT (name, surname, email and telephone).
Sending of emails: personal data (including, but not limited to, your email address) that the user provides by sending an email to addresses @Gesconsult.com.
Data from the “Work with us” form: personal data, including CV, that the User voluntarily provides in order to participate in the selection processes carried out by GESCONSULT.

For what purpose do we process your data?
In general, the information registered through Gesconsult.com that GESCONSULT obtains from the users will be treated:
To process and answer the requests made by the Users through the forms enabled in Gesconsult.com and/or by e-mail.
To deal with the client and, if necessary, to process and respond to complaints and claims made by the client through the forms enabled at Gesconsult.com and/or by e-mail.
To manage selection processes in which the User participates as a candidate.
GESCONSULT will carry out surveillance and control actions on the use of the website in order to prevent and detect any fraudulent use (such as technical manipulations, code modifications…), in order to avoid, prevent and/or detect any unauthorised access, alteration or loss of information relating to third parties other than the user which could generate civil, criminal and/or administrative responsibilities for GESCONSULT
To which recipients will we share your data?
GESCONSULT does not intend to share your personal data with any third party.

When you contact us, in particular, for the management of incidents related to your pre-registration/registration or the service acquired through Gesconsult.com, the treatment is necessary for the execution of the contract/pre-contract of services. When your query is related to the exercise of the rights we inform you about below, or to claims related to our services, what legitimizes us to treat your data is the fulfilment of legal obligations on our part.
We consider that we have a legitimate interest in attending to the client and processing, where appropriate, complaints.
The legitimate basis for processing your data for the purpose of sending commercial communications is the consent you give us, for example, when you agree to receive information through various means.
We consider that we have the consent of the candidate when he or she has sent us his or her curriculum vitae through Gesconsult.com or by sending an e-mail to addresses @Gesconsult.com.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data collected will be kept by GESCONSULT only for the time necessary to attend and manage each specific request made by the User.
In the case of the contact form, or by sending e-mails: for the time necessary to correctly deal with your request.
In the case of the client support form, or by sending emails: during the time legally established.
In the case of newsletters and/or commercial communications, until the User revokes the consent given for their reception.
In the case of the “work with us” form: for one year from the date of sending the aforementioned form, for selection processes that may be initiated during that period.
However, once this period has elapsed, the data may be blocked and maintained by GESCONSULT for the purpose of attending to any possible liabilities arising from the processing and only for the period of time during which such liabilities are prescribed. After this period of time the personal data will be deleted by GESCONSULT.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
We undertake to respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to ensure that you can exercise your rights. At GESCONSULT we have agreed that you can exercise these rights free of charge by sending us an email to a single email address dpo@Gesconsult.es, simply indicating the reason for your request and the right you wish to exercise. If we consider it necessary to identify you, we may ask you for a copy of a document proving your identity. The User may at any time revoke the consent given for the processing of his or her data.
In particular, regardless of the purpose or the legal basis on which we process your data, the User may, at any time, request confirmation from GESCONSULT as to whether their personal data are being processed by our Company and, if so, to access them. You may also request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
