In case of non-compliance, the corresponding sanctions will be applied to them. Nevertheless, all visitors should be aware that our site contains links to other sites which are not controlled by this or other privacy policies.

This legal notice has been drawn up with respect for and in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679, the Organic Law on Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights 3/2018 of 5 December and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

The present Legal Notice regulates the use of the Portal, which can be accessed through the Internet address https://www.gesconsult.com (from now on “Gesconsult.com”), that Gesconsult, S.A., S.G.I.I.C. with registered office in C/ Príncipe de Vergara, 36 – 6º Dcha – Madrid 28006 Madrid, Spain and N.I.F. number A28867000, makes available to Internet users.

This website has been designed to publicise the information, activities and services offered by Gesconsult.com.

The use of the Portal attributes the condition of user of the same (from now on, the User) and implies the acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The User must read carefully the present Legal Notice each time he or she intends to use the Portal, since its conditions of use may suffer modifications.

The duration of the present agreement is limited to the use of the Portal. Consequently, the contract will end at the moment when the Users disconnect from the Portal.

II. Use of the Portal 

The User must make correct use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice and must be held responsible for any damages that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.

In case the user wants to send his or her CV to Gesconsult.com through the portal, he or she must send the completed data collection form. The fields are compulsory so that the application can be taken into account in a selection process, and the use of these fields is subject to the privacy policy.

In case the user wants to access Gesconsult.com through the portal, he or she must register by providing the required data. To do so, the user must choose a user name and a password, which he or she must guard and use diligently. In the form of data collection, the fields are compulsory and are subject to the privacy policy.

Likewise, the information provided by the User through the form on the Portal must be truthful. Therefore, the User guarantees the authenticity of all the information provided and is obliged to keep the information provided to Gesconsult.com perfectly updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to the real situation of the User. The User is solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to Gesconsult.com or third parties due to the information provided.

III. Links

In case an Internet user introduces a link from his own web page to the Portal, the link will only connect with the main page of the Portal, but it will not be able to reproduce it in any way. V. Responsibility

Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of Gesconsult.com to control the absence of viruses or any other harmful computer element. The User is responsible for the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs, so Gesconsult.com is not responsible for any damage caused to the computer equipment of the Users or third parties during the provision of the website’s service.

Gesconsult.com is not responsible for any damage caused to the User due to failures or disconnections in the telecommunication networks that lead to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the Portal during the provision of the same or prior or later.

VI. Legislation

This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its aspects by Spanish law and any dispute arising therefrom shall be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.

In any case, it is possible to establish that the litigious questions will be resolved by means of an Arbitration:

“For all litigious matters that may arise in relation to the Website, the parties agree, renouncing, where appropriate, any jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to resolve it by means of Arbitration at Law within the framework of the Madrid Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid, which is entrusted with the administration of the arbitration and the appointment of the arbitrators in accordance with its Rules and Statutes”.
